ANZÂ Hot Shots Tennis
ANZ Hot Shots Tennis is tennis for kids! It's a program designed to help every child, no matter their age or ability, jump in and start playing tennis. ANZ Hot Shots Tennis is played on smaller courts with modified equipment, including lighter racquets, lower nets and low compression balls that don't bounce too high. Each lesson takes place in a nurturing environment which promotes participation and inclusion. They are run in small groups where kids are introduced to a sport they can play for life.

Blue Stage (ages 3-5)
The Launch Pad stage introduces children to tennis through games and fun activities. Children learn the basics of tennis, including how to rally. This stage really helps children develop fundamental motor skills such as: throwing, running, catching, jumping and most importantly, tracking. There are a number of program options at this stage but it’s a great way for kids to start tennis while having fun.

Red Stage (ages 5-8)
The Red stage is for beginners. The red ball is larger than a yellow ball and doesn’t bounce as high (just 25 per cent compression), making it a breeze for even the youngest players to hit comfortably. The courts and nets used in the Red stage are much smaller and easier for kids to move around.
