CL Tennis Coaching Terms and Conditions

 

Term Payment

Lessons are paid for on a term by term basis. All coaching participants enrolled for the term will be emailed an invoice prior to the term commencing. This is to be paid by the end of Week 2 or through an agreed-upon payment plan. If enrolled mid-term, invoices will be due after 2 weeks.

 

Wet/Hot Weather

In the event of a washout or heatout, coaching participants will be notified via SMS, and will be entitled to a make-up lesson. You will be given multiple options to book in your make up lesson throughout the term.

 

Refunds/Credits

Lessons missed for any non-weather related reason will not be refunded or credited. Extenuating Circumstances For refunds/credits relating to extenuating circumstances, please endeavour to contact us.

 

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. The data collected from you will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent. The email address you provide may be used to send you information, respond to inquiries, and/or other requests or questions.

 

Admin Fee

If payment is to be made via Direct Transfer it must be paid by the due date or a $10.00 admin fee will be issued.

If we decide to change our terms & conditions, we will post those changes on this page, and/or update the terms & conditions modification date below.
